Holiday season in NYC
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose, fa la la la la lol you know how the rest goes.
Its that time of year again. You know the one where NYC becomes the most sought out place to be for the holiday season and its no wonder why with places like Bryant Park to explore theres an abundance of places to see, shop, dine. Even a native New Yorker, like myself, gets to act like a tourist in my own hometown.
By mid November NYC is the place you'll spot me with my family on Sundays. It becomes a staple in our household. The kids know after Sunday brunch grab a book and a snack of their choice for the car ride and we're off. Destination: Family adventures.
This Sunday we hit Bryant Park and all its cute kiosks that are available only until January 2nd. From yummy treats like the Macaroons we devoured at Woops! Or the amazing soaps and body scrubs the kids tried at Sabon. Every step we took was a new intriguing activity to try. Want a little bit more fun, try the Ice skating rink in the heart of it all followed by a drink fireside at Southwest Porch.
All in all your bound to check off all your gift giving needs from all these kiosks, take a turn on the ice and end the day by kicking up those Stilettos with a drink by a fire pit while staring at all the beautiful decorations glisten.
Happy Holidays .
